Hey guys,

I am planning to buy a properly in 1 yr, Hence I need understanding of real estate markets, Buy vs Rent, Tax implications of purchase-sale, Documentations, Loan, Stamp Duties, Traps etc. Basically I want to be completely informed about what I am getting into.

Hence I am looking for a good (Active) forum focusing on 'Real Estate' queries / guidance in India.

I checked the forum of makaan.com and found it useless.
