Review Vishalperipherals.com is a scam website?

I have ordered adata gammix s35 ddr4 ram sticks from vishalperipherals.com. it has been almost 4 days since but the order has not been shipped yet.

I am trying to reach by their number from past 2 days and the guy telling me he will check and call me back in 5 minutes but call never comes, this happened today and yesterday also. They are just not interested to deliver, or is it a scam site?

Vishal Peripherals is a legit brick & mortar store in CTC,Secunderabad but I never ordered from them. I only went to their store & bought items.

Hmm.. I have also ordered from them as recently as a CPU few months back. I did contact them to check if they have it in stock and then ordered. They delivered it pretty fast.

It is present in Nvidia official website (https://www.nvidia.com/en-in/geforce/graphics-cards/40-series/rtx-4090/#wtb), so I think it is legit

Atleast they can let me know what is up, im getting no positive response on call. Guy is telling me he will get back to me after checking in 5 min for last 2 days. I called twice..

It is present in Nvidia official website (https://www.nvidia.com/en-in/geforce/graphics-cards/40-series/rtx-4090/#wtb), so I think it is legit

I also got it from pcpricetracker.in . But my experience is not good so far, also their sign up mail came to spam folder.. i think they should not be this careless, atleast they can update what is up or cancel/refund if they can not full fill orders..

Tell him if they cannot commit on when they can ship, then cancel the order. The most likely reason for stalling is that the item is not in stock. Also why was this posted under Reviews and Guides ? This ain't a review. @puns please help move this.

These guys usually are offline store guys. Recently only they have opened online store I mean in 2023.

I texted on whatsapp... Thank you. The problem is, the delivery already takes a lot of time to reach in our area. And this messed up my schedule, because now either i will need to wait more with them or cancel and re-order from other site which will also take more time.

I've recently ordered 7800 xt from them. Read my experience at the end of this thread. Also as per my communications, they don't allow cancellations even if package is not delivered. You can search their reviews on indiangaming sub on reddit for more info.

Very pathetic if they dont allow refund when they can not provide the product. It technically will be a scam.

If it says something in the lines of "you will have to wait for at least two weeks before asking for cancellation if product not shipped" then you can't do anything legally. Such website do have expected shipping time listed and if this one (I haven't checked myself) doesn't have then you should ask on Whatsapp or through other channel.
