I've actually started working just few months back... I am being offered a 1RK by Godrej but then as I am getting married in Jan, so its not going to be sufficient.. So no savings... no RK.... and can't buy the flat in Mumbai.. Its nonsensical to buy something in Mumbai at this point of time..... 1% rent formula works just fine for me..

Anyways still hunting...Vikhroli seems diff for 10k/11k so have increased the range to Vidyavihar, Kanjurmarg, Bhandup ..! Difficult for rookie to rent a flat here..!
