Regarding SNS consignment detained

Today I received a mail from shop and ship that my consignment is detained and I need to submit following documents ......... :(

This is the mail I received .......

Dear,

This shipment has been detained by Mumbai customs for Valuation. For which we need below mentioned documents to proceed with clearance.
Informed SNS Team & arrange to get value evidence documents at the earliest..



1. Purchase Proof

2. Packing List

3. Commercial Invoice

4. Bank Remittance / TT copy

Paypal receipt is the purchase proof right ?

what is packing list and commercial invoice ?

Bank remittance is bank transaction details right ?



ANY ONE HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE ? By the way its a cellphone with box
 
1) email confirmation, order confirmation or similar
2) what all present in the packet/parcel
3) invoice generated by the seller
4) yes, bank transaction details. you can from bank statement

2: From where I can get it , Can I give a list made by me or I need to take the details from official website ?

3. I have the order details and invoice mail sent my seller to my ebay account and also to my gmail ... DONE ?

4. I have the bank transaction details .DONE!

Send them the ebay invoice with Paypal receipt and a declaration by yourself stating the contents of the package.

This happens if the item is undervalued very much.

Please write in detail here what information your provide to either to SNS or Direct to Custom People also mentioned how you done that i mean by taking print out or digital copy (email forward etc.)

Will help LOTS to TEans & others who wish to buy or may face same problem in future.

After receiving the notification mail from shopandship that my consignment requires more documents for clearance and I sent the required documents by mail to SNS within 20 hours, they took 3-4 days for the clearance .........

I sent these docs ==

1. Purchase Proof [paypal receipt]

2. Packing List [ created in notepad ] = [charger,battery,headphones,cellphone,usb cable and manuals]

3. Commercial Invoice [ invoice from ebay ]

paid 140rs for the custom duty and 573rs for shipping .............

by mistake SNS marked it as 55$ so it was stuck over there .......
