RCOM also said that Bharti’s contention that quality of services (QoS) had fallen in dense urban areas during peak hours due to spectrum crunch was also false as the company was meeting Trai’s QoS norms in all metros . “Bharti has added 80% of its customers in Delhi, which is not a rural market, without allocation of additional spectrum. The degradation of quality in peak hours in dense urban areas is a misrepresentation. All the operators have met all the benchmarks of QoS in the 4 Metros,†said the RCOM communication.
