Reliance wireline broadband - No availability

so i hope all of you guys know i was hoping to get a new wireline connection from reliance.. here i am describing my xprnc with them

i called them up on one fine afternoon to book a connection. after 7 to 8 days later got a call . the guy said he will check the feasibility . but no response from them for 3 to 4 days. so mailed them . today got a call from a lady that relnc engineer will visit my area to check whether wireline is availbl.

next call shocked me. she said sorry sir we dont have any network in your area. we cannot even draw a wire also because it will not be possible as there is no nearest box in your house.

now as for all your information i reside in beniapara, parkcirus , kolkata.. it is the heart of kolkata,, its central kolkata.. now how come such a big co. like reliance donot have availibity in my area whereas they provide broadband in farthest corners in india ?

so i am very much sad now because there is only alliance left in my area which is a big time lazyass company with pathetic downtimes and worse tarif than reliance also...

can you guys suggest some way to me to mend relaince to get a box installed in my locality ??

Get more friends to apply along with you is only suggestion that comes to my mind.
The thing is since there may not be many customers they have not put up the necessary infrastructure for broadband.
The best you can do is ask for bulk connections preferably in the same building.

i cannot do that because my locality is not that kind of where i can ask 5 - 6 people to ask for connections for them... but the thing is when they start up in a locality there may not be any possibility that they will fill up all the ports in the box...

I advice you not to have any expectations. In my colony they have their lines upto house number 400, I live in 500. For last 1.5 year they are not able to put up new lines. They say that the decision for new lines is made in Mumbai only. Local Reliance guy can't do anything.

Isn't this funny :D

same case actualy.. they have connection upto a certain house and not after that... how disgusting it is..

same thing happened with me in chennai. They refused to install the line in my house there was infrastructure. Dont know how they are operating without thinking of expansion in the heart of the city itself.

the problem with bsnl is , it is bsnl.... now i m using a bsnl broadband.. disgusting plans with disgusting connections...

i am franticaly trying to get a metro ethernet connection... rel backbone + their metro ethernet connections would be god sent for me but i think god has some other plans

after all the hiatus of airtel fup u are suggesting airtel ? btw their plans looks shittier in front of bsnl also...

I'v filled the online enquiry form like 6-7 times in the past 5 days,nothing ,no response.Any idea how to apply for Reliance broadband? Help me,i really need to get rid of BSNL .Thanks.
