Rename fear.exe and gain 30%+ performance with no IQ loss

This sucks nonethelss. Wonder if this was done deliberately or was was/is an driver error.
All peeps with ATi cards on the board please try this. Rename FEAR to something else like fearme.exe or dukeforever.exe :lol: and run the inbuilt benchmark. This is known to increase performance upto 30% on all Ati cards. Posting some benchies that were ran by some other people.

With a x1800 Xt

Min FPS: 41
Avg FPS: 66
Max FPS: 117

Then I renamed the exe to test.exe and ran the 
performance test twice, the lowest I got was:

Min FPS: 43
Avg FPS: 75
Max FPS: 172

X700 pro

drivers put on optimisations according to the game exe. When you start fear.exe the game is detected and the optimisation is applied through the drivers. Renaming the .exe doesnt apply the optimisation or unoptimisation in this case.

To me this looks really shady. i hope monolith has screwed around with the gold code to make ATi look bad. Or well it could be a case of bad optimisations :no: .
