Android Replace my vivo handset with my mothers redmi note 4. things to take care ?

As question says, kindly suggest list of things to take care.
I dont have anything much important except contacts (rest everything is on cloud services).

Mom has lot of photos/videos/contacts/whatsapp etc.

data on mom's phone like photos/videos/call logs/ etc will already have been uploaded to mi cloud. check that on pc on mi cloud site once. whatsapp backup should have uploaded to google drive. you can just factory reset the phone without any doubt.

Have it on cloud for following; rest backup manually if needed.
Photos - Google Photos
Contacts- Google Synch
WhatsApp - take backup from app to have it on Google Drive.
