Laptops Replacement of laptop built-in keyboard

well is it actually possible to replace my laptop keyboard which is hp dv pavilion 4000 series.coz my sis accidentally spilt oil over it.if parts r available plz reply.

Yes it is possible & not very time consuming either. Should cost you 2k or less all inclusive.

Are you sure the liquid affected only keyboard & nothing else?

one of my frnd just replaced his compaq lappy's keyboard.

It costs him 1500rs for 2nd hand keyboard but OG.

New one OG will cost you more ~3-3.5k + service charges

u can get it done by a local laptop repair centre, now a days it is a lot easier, in case you have lil knowledge and follow some videos given on the net and have the courage then u can do it
