Just bcs they run faster doesnt mean its better. I would like to watch a movie from my HDD. Access a file thats on my pendrive. Damn, I have to up it to iCloud and then download it again? BS!
Okay lemme make this very easy for you.if you want to watch a movie,you transfer it on your pendrive and then you use it on your tablet? now you can wirelessly transfer the movie without needing the pendrive.getting it now?
^ bcs its simply a helluva lot more faster and easier. Unless Apple is ready to open up, they will lose market share. But it is true, they do produce the most optimized tablets. But again, iPad has very limited uses aka just entertainment. Anything more, look for something a little bit more open.
I think you are missing the point about apple.They never target market share,they just want to make great products and rake high profits and thats what they are visibly good at.how else can you explain more than 50% of the smartphone profits without even having 10% market share.And they do have the dominant market share at this moment.
I will agree when u say iPad is the best for a casual user. For a power user, its just limited and plain annoying!
what power user? They have got the best productivity apps in the tablet market.Use iwork on the ipad ,it is simply flawless and there are tons of apps like garage band and thirdparty apps specifically made for the ipad which are more than adequate for productivity.Soon Ms is also going to launch office for ipad[you however can access ms files via 3rd part apps already].
