i hav tried Realtek drivers from realtek.com.tw and intex drivers from intextechnologies.com...
but none seem 2 work wid Windows XP + SP 2.

any experience wid this Lan card...anyone???

Hi Fundsanju,
Try the drivers in this zip file
HERE

I have not tested the drivers, but a friend of mine with 8139C got a working driver from here.
This i believe is a package of a few drivers.
Do try it and notify.

no man...dosent work ...

and btw this package consists of driver package for RTL8139(A/B/C/D/8130)/810X series
its version 615 on tht link and version 621 is available on realtek.com.tw

Yep, used the default XP drivers (WinXP + SP2). Again got detected and worked without a hitch, so dint bother using the ones on the driver diskette.

I remember trying the ones from the Realtek official site, and even though they were for the Realtek 8139D chip, they did not work

dude can u please upload the diskette drivers on rapidshare or somethin....

thanks a lot dude, but even these drivers dont work...
so surely da card is gone kaput...
thx ppl for da help...

If I may add a bit more, I used to have an Intex card myself and it was very 'fussy' if you could say so :ohyeah:. Later switched to a D-Link card, which had the very same exact Realtek 8139D chipset, but surprisingly the difference was quite noticeable. A lesson learnt in the importance of quality ;)

The D-link isnt much more than the Intex, so if possible I would advise you to opt for that instead :)

well if im not late to reply
they use spurious printed RTL chipset which is actually an MTD80X chip

all bloody cheapo brands use this chipset now, namely quantum, intex, Frontech(not sure)
PM me if u have probs & i'll mail u the Drivers
