For those of you who have a PDA, or a smart phone, chances are that it may be running on Pocket PC, or Windows mobile 4/5. I have a PDA and spent a lot of time looking for decent software and links. So on the lines of the previous Symbian thread, here goes. Mods, if relevant, please make this a sticky.

PS: Have not included the normal software like activesync etc.

Ebook readers -
MS Pocket PC reader - Can read .lit files. These are probably the best to read on a PDA. The most used app on mine.

Handwriting recognition -
CalliGrapher - This can be very useful when on the move, and you need to jot down stuff fast. However, I have observed it to be a bit harsh on Battery life.

General Maintenance -
MemMaid - Cleans up your PPC very fast and cleanly. Efficient.

Voice Command -
Microsoft Voice Command - Okey-dokey

Today Plugin -
Spb Pocket Plus/ Diary - Both plugin to the front screen of your PDA and make more efficient use of your screen area. Also shows the Bdays of people coming up. Very very useful

Music player -
Pocketmusic - Looks good, but again, very heavy on the battery. Cant get more than 5 hrs of music from one battery charge of my Axim.
