PC Peripherals Rig for ~25-28k max..

My friend just called me today that He needs a rig, his budget is around 25k-28k..

The basic needs is,
Rig along with PSU, Printer and Speakers.. So please post the good configurations..

Will consider the Intel as well as AMD... :hap2:
 
amd x3 II 720 -7-7.5k

biostar 790gxb 128m -5-5.5k

hdd 500gb- 2650

ram go in for transcend/ corsair 2gb

sry not much idea on printers, speakers

Motherboard: ga-g31-s2l - 2.3k

PSU:corsair cx400 - 3.2k

Cabby:CM elite 334 - 2k

RAM:Corsair 2x2gb xms2 - 2.8k

HDD:WD 500Gb - 2.9k

GPU: 9600GT from TE: 4.7k

Printer: HP 2235 (Inkjet all-in-one) -3.4k

Speakers:Altec Lansing VS4121- 3k

Monitor:Samsung 2033SW - 7k
 
AMD PII X2 550 B.E + a 780G/790G based board. Will smoke most Intel rigs including the one posted above (even if it's pushed to it's limits!). Now is the time to invest in smart AMD systems like this one. Get a GPU if the moolah permits him to.
 
+1 getting a AMD based rig is a better idea at this point of time rather then getting E5200/e7400 along with P31/G31chipset.
