its google android system 4.2.2 ..its an hdmi dongle which make your tv a android device with usb port which can extended with usb hub to have more devices attach to it ..

Just a note to the seller : Mention if there are any specific issues with the device - such as overheating/stuttering/hanging/WiFi issues. These have plagued me on a different model.
