@medpal , ya mate i do still listen to his songs. What a loss, we are losing our real assets :(
 
Damn, not another one! Seems god has forgotten about all the :evil: ppl on earth, who are corrupt, and is taking these good guys. First, Jagjit singh, now this :no: ....oh, he did remember about that Libyan dictator, and definitely did not forget about jobs....

He was so ahead of his time... got a Phd in 1952 from Columbia University...

He contributed so much for Assam but never got the respect he truly deserved... May he finally rest in peace...
 
That song is my favourite too. We'll miss him so much, a true Legend and a gem of a person. He may have passed away but his legacy lives on, in our hearts. RIP Bhupen Da..
 
I used to listen to a few of his songs, a few years back,
he had a very different voice which i liked !

may his soul RIP!!
