Risks associated with All in One Chat apps.

2 Decades ago tried all in one chat tools that supported MSN Messenger, Yahoo, ICQ, and many other chat platforms (but security and privacy was never a big concern during those days)

Checked few sites offering similar tools to get rid of multiple apps:
Beeper
Allinone
Multi messenger from MS
Clickup
Texts
etc.

Before trying, want to check if anyone has experience with these apps?
And security/privacy issues.

The app I used back then was called Trillian. It worked well and even allowed to log chats which the native apps couldn't do. That logging helped me numerous times

I don't use these chat apps anymore so you're free to investigate Trillian. Good news is Trillian is still being developed
