It's a temperature based fan controller, you cannot control the fans manually though.But It's a good LCD thermometer. Also added another combo for people without 3.5" Slots.

setting up this and tr-5 is very close to changing time/alarm in a digital watch. However less no. of keys means bigger beautiful displays...
