Air conditioning equipment usually reduces the humidity of the air processed by the system. The relatively cold (below the dew point) evaporator coil condenses water vapor from the processed air, much like a cold drink will condense water on the outside of a glass. The water is drained, removing water vapor from the cooled space and thereby lowering its relative humidity. Since humans perspire to provide natural cooling by the evaporation of perspiration from the skin, drier air (up to a point) improves the comfort provided.
[Some air conditioning units dry the air without cooling it. These work like a normal air conditioner, except that a heat exchanger is placed between the intake and exhaust. In combination with convection fans, they achieve a similar level of comfort as an air cooler in humid tropical climates, but only consume about one-third the energy. They are also preferred by those who find the draft created by air coolers uncomfortable.]
i hope this gives a clear idea that using ACs for cooling the pc is a good thing
and not a bad thing if only u just remember:::---
1)keep the ac on for a long after the room is cooled that helps removing "all"
the moisture or humidity form the room
--if not the room will become cool but all the moisture is still in the
room ,at that time if the AC is turned off ,then u had it!:ill::Comp2:
2)close the pc cabby after the AC is turned off
3)do not leave the door or window open after the AC is turned off till the
room reaches normal temp.
-that helps the humidity to stay away from entering the room ,after the
room temp reaches normal temp then when the doors and windows are
opened it semms that nothing happened!
4)keep a lot of those silica white bags (which they tell us not to EAT!!:S ) in ya
pc that helps
5)if ater-market coolers mean coolers like CCF-120 or Xingmatek HDT-1283
..then thats a good idea too:hap2:
(if u buy a AC with the basic priority to just cool the pc ,then u become Paris Hilton how likes wasting her DADs money)[but if u already have an AC then OK its cool]
