Hi,
First i clear the confusion if there is any.
1. There is no light on router's wireless icon.
2. Router if it is DHCP enabled then gives ip address of 169.254.5.195(sorry about typo in the above given ip), even if i reset hard for 1 min with cord attached to laptop it still gives the same ip in DHCP mode.I able to ping on the specified ip but nothing is opening in browser.

Problem is i can't get to admin page, there is no admin interface.
Yes when two routers connected i n series and i able to get the admin page of other router.
