Most Gillette products are out of stock. Dunno what else to get with these coupons apart from books & deos!
 
^^ Gillette foam is the only product i needed to order :( out of stock and here i havent shaven for last 2 weeks
 
Most of the products in indiaplaza.in are out of stock looks like. Many times, products are not marked as "Out of stock". Only when you complain about the product not getting shipped, they will find out that the product is not in stock. They claim to have about 3.5 million products, but most of them seem to be out of stock. I hope even their book search is not so good.
 
Well, I received 1 of the books after 7 days. It was brand new and well packed but no invoice alongside it. Still waiting for the 2nd book and its been 10 days. Having second thoughts now. :huh: I hope they eventually DO deliver. I don't want the hassles of claiming a refund. :(
 
After having issues with 2 of my orders, I wrote to their CEO mentioning what exactly the customers want. He replied back and assured to take action. I will update the whole experience in a separate thread once it is over.
 
Yes, I know that this

order item --> it is out of stock --> cancel order --> get refund

process is so very common. I had written to their CEO about exactly that, and not for getting refund if they are not able to deliver.
 
If anyone has a spare 100 off coupon, please let me know... Need to buy a book.

My 2 pending orders were shipped after a mail to concerned officials along with CEO. The root cause of all this may not be solved at all. Anyway, I will pester them some more after a few days if my next order does not get through.

@dennis_nail : I cannot find the customer care email address on their website...can you post it here.? Even 2 books of mine are pending. And the CC over the phone assures me that it'll be delivered in 2 further days...but never does turn up :(

My last 2 orders( a book & a shampoo) with indiaplaza were shipped after more than 15 days. Their service has really degraded a lot. Further, most of the books less than 150 are always out of stock.
 
^Books ! I was going to buy those anyways , got it cheaper so its a win-win :D

I was going to buy perfumes but all of those were sold out(out of stock) .

If anything else , useful is there to purchase . Please tell , May 1 is near :P
