It took me 1 month and multiple Phone calls & mails to get my refund, also had to courier them the product back but they refunded the courier amount as well. The support staff is good. Decide accordingly

bought Redtape shoes from them for 1.9K which had an MRP of 2.4k. The colour of the shoe was darker than what I had chosen. The refund is gonna take 15 days.
 
Feedback:

Registered on site and got 4 500 off coupon on 1500 purchase

Order couple of t shirts on 25/4/12 and received all on 26/4/12 in pretty good packaging

T shirts looks original and in perfect condition(although one of the t shirts color was a little different than shown on site)

Would be doing some more shopping in future
 
Okay, just now saw the delivery guy off.

Experience feedback: Very good.

Time Taken: 2 days. (Monday-Wednesday)

Biggest Plus: The delivery guy was from the Jabong logistics itself. AND he allowed me to try the shoe for size and THEN be making the payment.

Had the shoe size not been comfy, he would have taken it back. This is a first for me and happy to see the logical thing being done here by Jabong

Bad: Didnt recd any proper bill.

This thing does pinches. As it was the only thing missing and could have made me say excellent instead of very good.

The only thing for the sake of bill was the warehouse ticket/challan which was stuck to the outer plastic packing, and the delivery guy tore that as well while he opened the box

Will raise this with the jabong ppl soon. Need to have the proper bill, in case i experience any manufacturing defect etc.

(who suggested them this Jabong name btw..??)

here is the refund;replacement experience

There is no exchange as such; so you have to send your item back and take either money or GV back.

Now to GV; when I spoke with floor supervisor; he said they'll only issue GV on coupon value; (So your applied discount is gone); which actually makes the GV thing useless.

Now to money; I am yet to receive my 300 Rs approx as their logistic has not yet updated the website.(They picked the product and forgot to mention). I am waiting for my money for past 20 day at least (order being done one month back).

Now one exception: they once issued a GV which contained applied discount as well; which is kind of contradicting to what the supervisor said.(I obviously did not bother to discuss this

This is one of the rare experience though out of almost 10 orders (so 9.5 were good out of 10). But yeah refund sucks.
