Graphic Cards RTX 2070 Fans speeding up and slowing down

I have EVGA RTX 2070 on which the fans keep throttling up and down. I tried fixing fan speed using msi afterburner but no success.

Any suggestions?

I had a similar issue with my 2060 but i don't know it resolved itself after I installed afterburner and did some fan profiles. Try to recheck your installation once.

Earlier days it would be within 21 days that you would get the replacement GPU. With the current scenario, it might be longer. Maybe 6 weeks or more.

I think it was just some default profiles that come with the software, dont remember searching the internet for it.
