I'd like to think I've turned a lemon into a peach (the primary goal of my purchase). Both fans as well as the shroud have been replaced and the GPU has no lingering issues that impact performance or make it hard to live with. Tearing this card down was a major PITA; I spent an entire day bringing it up to spec. There remain some cosmetic imperfections — mainly a few missing screws and a missing plastic tab that DO NOT impact integrity — but nothing that is glaring or impacts what the GPU is built for: compute.
The original shroud (fully functional) and the original fans (one with the bearing issue, and one without) will be included.
Your purchase comes with a 7-day testing period.
