You got an minisforum? how? shipping from china comes with huge customs right? and i think even with an rtx 4000 sff ada,you need a signle slot mod to fit it inisde the case.

It was about $50 for shipping including customs (imported from US). They're still on sale if you want one. Reach out to Paul for freight forwarding service. And yes, I already own the nerdware cooler.

Appreciate the links. At these prices, I'm thinking if it's cheaper to interface a 4090 over pcie, which I already own. The only caveat being 5x power draw, and an additional PSU.

It's a workstation card after all and optimised with higher quality components, for low power consumption as well as small form factor. Comparisons to consumer cards make no sense.

Agreed. This will going into a high availability server for which consumer cards don't make sense. But then again, it's a personal project at my own expense. So, I am looking if anyone has a pre owned 4000AFF for a discounted price. All I was saying was if I can't, it's cheaper to just use the 4090 while using the funds to pay for increased electricity usage.
