Nothing illegal except if you are not sharing info abt roms and bios. Ps2 don't have a fully working emus. Then again if there was one it would need a pretty hefty machine to emulate it. If you want to play tekken 5 you need to buy a ps2.

^ Yes and no, it may be supported by emulators but may run slow with a lot of graphical glitches. Besides, get its PC port.

the best ps2 emu out there, its compatible list has grown a lot, but as usuall, you need a fast processor with lots of ram and a high end videocard to run games decently on it.

Did u try it params cause last time even the "demos" were running slow like hell on it like 5fps. :S

i have, it runs games almost perfectly, that is going in-game. Avg arnd 10 Frames. Some will just hang, some will not make it through the main menu

Sadly, on my Mx4000, i gave up on it, but all you others out there with 9600's and above, it'll work. :)

got to the compat tab, and you can see a huge list of game supported by it - those with a green bar next to it have reported running fine.

I tried God Of War iso which i downloaded, it ran with some gltiches (the enemy's were floating some were half visible, others faces were messed up, backgrounds were gltiched as well) but i tried Resident Evil Code Veronica - which ran almost perfectly(it had slowdowns which i ignored ) but crashed after 1.5 hrs into the game, and later again when i tried it crashed again at the same spot :( ), yet don't think you've just found the alternative to the ps2, whatever game, you will experience slowdowns regardless of your config(especially when you have lots of enemy's at one time), it because emu's only halfway through.

For the best config run games with minimum slowdowns - check this out -

Its worth a try though, its the best thing for the ps2 out there right now, and its only there to get better eventually :D and good luck finding its bios and all to run the emu :p

you're more than fit for it, lol.

i'll upload some file i found in while which tells the speeds(frames and all) the playable games run at in a while.

Here ya'll go.

http://rapidshare.de/files/7356921/betalist_public.zip.html

Look at the speed colomn. For example if it says 0-20 FPS - It means the FPS can range from 0-20 DEPENDING on your rig, so if you've got a fast one, like Satan here, you'll be getting arnd max say 15-18 FPS and for those like me will have to suffer with 5-10 Fps (exept i really don't suffer, i pop them back in the real thing which i own ^____^)

Hope that help, more questions on all this can be asked on ngemu forums, they'll help you like crazy.
