Basically, I need a cheap card for ~2 years so I can play eSports and older games, and until the Nvidia 4000 and AMD 7000 series launches.

I'm from Vadodara, Gujarat.
If local or possible, can do face to face if required (and can test the card as well).
A card in warranty (at least 1-1.5 years) would be preferable.
