You can't take just warranty part, there are newer cpus available (4350g/4600g) etc that has to be taken into consideration as well

4000g has Vega 7 that is half in performance as compared to Vega 11

Also IMO non-availability of an old product also doesn't grant a price hike for a used product. Old generation products are bound to be not in production in future that doesn't mean used item should sell for higher as you said there are successor chips available.

PS: this is not in anyway related to OP's pricing, just a general discussion.
