It was worth when it was 20999 - 1500 on the first day of sale -> 19499/-. Slightly overpriced right now
It's still effectively 19.5K, you just have to spend a bit more to get the effective price down.

I think it's pretty rare to buy just a processor; doesn't seem to be too farfetched to have 9-10k of stuff to add to the order.
I am unable to find it as well, checked with a local vendor and are offering 3600XT with Asus Rog B500-F for somewhere around 38000/-

Yes. X570 supports Zen 3.
Its just a gimmick. There's little to no advantage. Its already been tested.
