Sorry, what's 50-50 risk?
It generally means buyer and seller each pay half the shipping price (including shipping company risk insurance of ~2% of shipping value). Essentially buyer and seller each are sharing half the risk by paying half of the shipping + insurance charges

I don't think so
That would be 50:50 shipping charges

I thought that meant if package gets damaged/stolen/lost, the value of item won't be 100% refunded to buyer, as risk is 50:50, 50% would be refunded.
Sounds unforgiving for the buyer but this makes sense when you're the seller and pack all stuff well. Some sellers like 100% risk on buyer.

cpu-z screen shot? also, in the bill , Serial No. of 2600 is not mentioned. only model number is. The CPU was manufactured May 2018, Bill date is 15th april 2019.

@chetansha for difference in manufacturing and bill date, I would like to share my experience here. PrimeAbgb and other online retailers still selling Ryzen 7 1800x (Prime still selling this), don't know how they procured it in 2022. If you label this practice from these sellers, then they don't put serial number in such cases on the bill and if you give this processor to AMD/Inspirisys they will ask you for invoice and proceed ahead for RMA.

I have myself saw this in action when I bought 1600x last year from PCStudio/Ankit Infotech and when it causes segfault, I had it RMAEd without any issues from AMD or Inspirisys.

Sorry for hijacking the thread OP, how about I pay to OP for 5600G and he sends you his 5600G and you send me your 5600x, will pay extra amount if any
I sold my rtx2060 while it reached the buyers address after 8 days and I waited for my new rx6600xt since 21st Feb but it did not come then again I paid another fb seller who shipped it on 1st March maybe tomorrow it will reach me.

Because there isn't any stop gap gpu in hand I thought of exchanging with OPS processor but it's coming and also that either when I am sending or somebody is sending me these days it's taking ages. So I stopped asking for exchange even.
