40K+ S25 ultra dubai vs india version

My friend is coming from Dubai and I was thinking about buying s24 ultra, in Dubai it is around 70k INR there but here in India it costs 1 lakh. What will I miss out by buying middle East version, I heard warranty will not be applicable here other than that what will be issues.

I heard that changing csc will stop working of knox sequrity in that device , any how i am not sure i heard from couple of technicians let me know if you made any enquiry or after changing your s24 ultra device to csc .

I haven't changed csc, but as fas I saw online it will not break knox,
I am hesitant to change csc just for call recording and samsung pay don't want to risk it, also my laptop is dead so i will not do it anytime soon

CSC change has no issues . I changed my CSC few days back on S23U from Australia to India , on UI7
Just Use SamFW . Does CSC change free of cost . XAA didnt have call recording which is available in INS

In the future when updates arrive will they come from India or Australia?

Will the phone get set back to Australia or will it remain Indian?

Let me post it from opening the box seal
I got it seal pack , no SIM inserted from Australia
I inserted INDIAN airtel SIM . It showed CSC as XAA/INS . Everything worked except call recording . I didnt use call recording so left it . Kept using for 1 year plus . Its stock unrooted
Got UI7 , Installed UI7 , changed CSC to INS , Now CSC is INS/XAA . Factory resetted to check if anything reverts back .
Its still same , no change , all features work and got call recording back .
All UPI/ aadhar apps worked on XAA/INS and now also works with CSC change .

I have been getting OTA in India from the day I inserted Airtel SIM
