Sagem My101x -Sim Locked

I have a Sagem my101x :ashamed: phone purchased from Hutch some 5 months back. when I insert "Excel" sim and switch on the phone it says "Sim Locked" enter Code ? But when I insert Hutch sim, its is Ok?

What is this?:huh:
what happened to my phone?:S
Please help!

get it flashed at a local deaaler should cost u 250 rupees or ask him to unlock the network band
