Got this game recently in a sale, they ruined the game by adding those sprint & jump powers .

I completed the game along with the DLC's last week and I for one actually liked the sprinting because once upgraded to it's maximum it can get you across the map much faster than driving around. What I absolutely did not like however was the endless supply of monotonous side quests given out by the characters in the game and the worse part is the side quests aren't exactly unique quests... they are just the game forcing you to do same things repeatedly. Don't know what the developers were thinking when they designed them honestly.

On the contrary, I think it made the game a lot of fun.

Fans of this franchise love these games more for the fact that you can mess around in the open world for fun as compared to just the story line or the missions. Running around with ridiculous weapons and wreaking chaos in the open world is what fans love to do in Saints Row games. Having super powers just increases that fun factor.

It doesn't really break anything story wise either since its all supposed to be computer simulation.

i prefer driving with radio on to sprinting , now with these powers i dont need cars & after playing for 2-3 hours i have hardly seen the map/city i am playing in because i am always jumping over buidings .

Yes, once you upgrade sprinting to the maximum along with your jumping powers it's a complete blast to traverse the map!! :D

What an unusually fun experience this game turned out to be. I remember me and quan_chi completing Saints Row III in co-op, but this game took it to a whole different level. I managed to complete every side quests and loyalty missions. Also, maxed out my rank. The end dance sequence just had me down on the floor with laughter, hats off to the developer for a creative gesture. The whole game was more of parody and referenced so many pop cultures. Heck, there was even a tribute level to Streets of Rage from SEGA days, how cool is that?

The side missions were just an excuse for player to participate in the additional activities this game had to offer. Loyalty missions were worth it. This was probably the least buggiest game is a long time, had virtually zero issues with it. CID's romance options must have probably been the most funniest and the weirdest one. Definitely would be grabbing it's DLCs and Gat out of Hell expansion.

Just finished 'Enter the Dominatrix' DLC and it was hilarious. Zimos was the only one remaining to make an entrance and this DLC just had to have him. That chariot race reminded me of one of the mission from SR3. Now moving on to 'How the Saints Saved Christmas' DLC.
