Like where's he from , possible quote , time taken for delivery etc.

he is the importer of Saitek based in Kolkata

quote would mostly be 3-4k

time taken for delivery depends on stock

P.S. you should buy Microsoft Sidewinder X6 for 3.5k as Microsoft has 3yrs warranty whereas Saitek has 1yr
 
^ Keyboard's wouldn't have warranty Issues I guess.

Plus Saitek Eclipse 3 has got much better features than the X6.
