Just give any US address as Billing address, since the delivery mode is digital download you should not worry about the actual address.

I got a lot of games here, and as @theoracle said i had given a US billing address. Since the games can be activated on steam it wont be a problem.

You will get an option to apply the coupon on checkout under "Gift codes & promotions".FYI my discount got applied automatically, from a previous purchase.
