Here Wat I wanna say

NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE ARE STRONGER THAN WOMEN BY OUR MUSCLES.... BUT WOMEN... IS EMOTIONALY STRONGER THAN MEN.... I SALUTE THE WOMEN OF TODAY ...... 8TH MARCH...INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY..YOU ALSO WISH THEM

Heres's an Interesting Fact abt Int Women's Day 's History:

The first International Women's Day was officially celebrated on the 19th of March 1911. The date was selected because on this day in 1848 a Prussian king had promised to make some unfulfilled reforms for women. However, the ground work for this blessed event has its beginning from the turn of the century. This was at a time when women force was entering into paid-jobs market. Obviously the conditions weren't gratifying - were rather wretched.

The women's protests were also inspired by the emergence of Trade Unions at that time. The sole issue at that time was the women's right to vote and property right. Basically asserting women's political and social rights. However, women like Sylvia Pankhurst thought it proper to emphasize all over involvement of the masses of women which would mean taking up all concerns including bad working conditions for women.

In 1903 the women trade unionist and other professional women who were also campaigning for the voting rights set up a Women's Trade Union League. In 1908 the first National Women's Day was celebrated on the last Sunday in February in the United States. The spark was lighted, women had become aware of their rights and knew how they were going to achieve them. In 1909 about 30000 women garment workers staged a strike. Of course, there were hurdles but there were strong women to help. The Women's Trade Union helped bail out the arrested strikers. In 1910 the Women's Day was taken up throughout the country and the delegates participated in the second International Conference of the Socialist Women in Copenhagen. The main issue of the conference was to propose the International Women's Day as an international event.

The issue of women was now a controversial socialist principle however the Socialist Party of Germany had a strong influence on the international socialist movement particularly Clara Zetkin who was a member of German Socialist Party. Inspired by her American counterparts Clara emphasized on having an international day for all women when they can concentrate on their problems. The conference of over 100 women from 17 countries greeted the idea and the International Women's Day was born.

NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE ARE STRONGER THAN WOMEN BY OUR MUSCLES.... BUT WOMEN... IS EMOTIONALY STRONGER THAN MEN

too much of nething aint good :P as the saying goes women are emotional fools and men are practical fools

btw there are 100s of other ways to please ur mom instead of just wishing her if u do 50% of her chores i think tht would please her more than just meaningless wishing

^^eggjhactly!! Do you think our moms really care for all those women's and mother's days?? :P But a simple act of helping her in her daily chores can have a much better effect..:)

women are emotional fools
Yo..buddy, noah..they are not emotional fools...men are...a woman can survive a relationship tragedy very easily, but its the men who go on to become devdas..:P
/seriously speaking, women are much more emotionally strong no matter what you throw at 'em but men will breakdown at the slightest of unfortunate events..

no man.... no one is emotional fool... the fact is if anyone gets engaged in something else he/she forgets the past easily thats it... but in our community women get married earlier so... they have some other guy giving attention but our devdas d00d got no one so its tough for guys to forget easily... thats wat i saw...

I dont believe in these days. I love always love and Respect my mom everyday and what ya know my mom gave me 1000 bux yesterday:)

hey i dont believe in these days which are marked on every year's calendar.to express ur love to ur mom,sis or brother, friends(& gf/bf) everyday is a special day.its stupid to wait for a paritcular day and celebrate.i think we are all influenced by western culture and simply adapt them or some even stick to them.do u think the other world will celebrate nov.14 as children's day if we indians say we want the whole world to celebrate?definitely not.this is where we stand and where we lose out.hope u all understand.

its all business now.dont give importance to all such stuffs.we dont want specific dates to show our love as love is natural.
