Kindly do the needful -- Pack it really well (loads of padding) -- guide to it is there in FAQ section

Also kindly include the original Bill for future warranty claims.
 
Have received the payment... will ready the SSD and have it shipped by tomorrow... Shall share the tracking number once shipped...
