Hi,

I have purchased this phone in August 2010. From day 1 it has been giving problem of Poor Voice Reception. Sometimes I can't even make out what the other person is saying, the voice is so muffled.

I just want people who own this phone to throw some light whether this problem is faced only by me or this problem exist in all the handsets.

Samsung has very good After Sales Service, just visit near by Service center & do check the handset with them (free of change). In next 7 months your handset warranty set to expires.
