To get a new one at that price requires quite some effort nowadays.

also you would be required to fill in many details such as Social security number and you need a US card for it .

to get a Samsung Focus for around 13-14k or under contact AGANTUK , (the man who commented above) he should be able to get one for you for a pretty good price .

Is there any method other than buying the code for carrier unlocking Focus? Something like for Captivate...
