I am trying to pair a motorola bluetooth earphone with my new Samsung galaxy SL I9003 but have failed time & again.
Running android froyo 2.2.1
I enable Bluetooth. The icon turns green. The blue squiggly thing appears in the top bar.
I activate my motorola hands-free device. It beeps and the lights come on, but no sign of recognition from the Galaxy phone.
I go to Settings > Wireless and Network > Bluetooth > Scan Devices. Nothing found[/B]:huh:
Found the same issue with galaxy tab reading this post

Do I have to get a samsung bluetooth only then will it pair? I always thought any brand will work with any other device.
