Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700

Condition: 10/10

Has absolutely no scratches or usage marks. Samsung Screenguard on screen & a protective guard on back since day one.

Age: 9/10

It is ~ 3 months old. Was purchased by me to try out Android. I got a Milestone 1 week after this. So, it has practically been used only for 1 week.

Accessories: 10/10

All accessories are unused & in their original packing. Only charger was ever used.
Box & Bill available.

I am also bundling a practically unused Creative EP630 (and its eartips) with this phone as a FREEbie.

Never Modded (So, no Warranty issues) & kept like a sweetheart.

Lolzzz..... That's the reason why I had held on to this phone for 3 months though it was of no use to me....... :P

But now I am badly smitten by the Desire & so this baby has to leave papa....... :P

lavans4u is probably making payment tomorrow...... if all goes well, Shipping would be tomorrow itself....... :)
 
This Deal has taken an Unfortunate Turn.....

Here is the list of events:

1) lavans4u deposited the amount (10.5k) in my bank account & had a lot of trouble doing so.

2) I had to leave Mumbai & head to Noida due to some unfortunate legal complications my cousin got himself into.

3) I offered lavans4u a full refund of his amount + compensation for trouble as I couldn't be precise how long I would be in Noida.

4) lavans4u wanted the phone & so, I asked a friend to pick up the package from my house & ship it via dtdc.

5) I again offered lavans4u a full refund 10.5k + a compensation 1k for the trouble caused due to me.

6) My friend went to DTDC & the person there wanted a written undertaking from the sender(ME) that it included a phone & it would be my risk bla, bla, bla..... Our names & addresses were printed on the package.

7) I contacted lavans4u again & offered him 11.5k as a refund+compensation

8) lavans4u wanted the phone very badly & so, he asked me to get the phone shipped as Glassware at his risk......

9) My friend tried again at DTDC..... They didn't ship Glass.......

10) First Flight takes Glass but didn't ship to his location & ON Dot didn't ship to his location as well.

11) I communicated this to lavans4u & asked him to accept the money (11.5k) and he is willing to do so..... He has PMed me his account details.

I have posted all this here just to keep it on record...... I know how lavans4u must be feeling..... 10.5 k is not a small amount to give away to a complete stranger.......

But I never had any intention to cheat..... Circumstances were beyond my control...... And to cover the trouble caused due to me, I am offering him the compensation of 1k......

Also, he is very understanding & supportive...... but I just want to be on record...... I believe that I have a good reputation here on TE & i intend to keep it that way.......



I am arranging his money transfer 1st thing on Monday & i sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to him.......

He is a great guy to deal with.... Unfortunately, I couldn't make this deal work this time......

@ MODS: I hope I have been honest in the deal & as such, I request you not to delete this thread as once I return to Mumbai, I'll need to sell this handset..... Only I don't know when I would be coming back......

Actually, lavans4u didn't ask for the extra 1k......

But he had a tough time transferring the 10.5k to my account....... He had to travel some 30 odd kilometers & spend Rs. 300/- in addition to the time spent just to transfer the amount to my account.......

Just to compensate him for the Time, Money & Efforts that he lost in this deal, I voluntarily offered to pay the extra 1k to him.......

and regarding the 1k extra thing, its between you and lavans4u, i believe we others should not get into it. :) Just a plain thought.
 
Hi OP you did not reply to my post .I am ready to pick up the phone and deposit the cash ASAP.Pick up will be arranged in Mumbai,you don't have to ship the phone anywhere.
