Galaxy note has Super AMOLED only Not Super AMOLED Plus. This is the main drawback i wont be getting NOTE after using Super AMOLED Plus on SGS2.phoenix844884 said:I am so amazed by SGS2 that I might just consider going in for the Note. Looks awesome, specs are top notch, let's just hope Samsung prices it around 30k.
Major reason I would consider the Note are - Super AMOLED+ high res screen, large size (biggest plus as even the SGS2 looks small in my large hands), and that pen input. Although I am no fan of stylii, this one looks promising.
Lets see.

Samsung's largest Android-based mobile phone, the Galaxy Note, is expected to arrive on shelves in Scandinavian countries with a price tag of over 700 Euros attached to it, some of the latest reports on the matter.
The handset was unveiled only a few days ago at the IFA 2011 fair trade in Berlin, where we managed to get a closer look at it, and should hit the market in the next few months.
Previous rumors on its release suggested that it might be released only during the first quarter of the next year, yet it seems that it might arrive on the market much sooner than that.
New info on the Galaxy Note places its release date sometime in November, at least when the Scandinavian countries are involved.
Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden are all expected to have the new Samsung Galaxy Note available for purchase in about two months from now with price tags ranging from 714 to 799 Euros.
In Denmark, for example, the smartphone should go for 5,600 Danish krone (around 751 Euros) in November, while being expected to arrive in Finland at 799 Euros during the same month.
In Norway and Sweden, the large device should be priced at 5,700 Norwegian krone (743 Euros), and at 6,500 Swedish krona (714 euros), respectively.
Undoubtedly, the mobile phone will not be affordable, not by far, but its specifications list and capabilities certainly make it worth every penny.
The handset was unveiled with a 5.3-inch touchscreen display and with a 1.4GHz dual-core application processor inside, as well as dual cameras (an 8MP one of the back and a 2MP one on the front), 16GB of internal memory, and the usual set of connectivity capabilities or sensors.
When compared to Galaxy Note, the currently highly popular Galaxy S II seems small, although it features a 4.3-inch screen. However, it is also cheaper than what the new device should go for, which makes it much more accessible to end-users.
The giant smartphone/tiny tablet that is the Samsung Galaxy Note just got an unofficial launch date. Clove, an online retailer in the UK, hinted at a late November launch for this hybrid device.
Clove mentioned on their blog that the first stock for the Galaxy Note will arrive in late November, which is probably when you can get your hands on it as well, provided you are in the UK. They also mentioned an approximate price of £500 ($773) + VAT for the Galaxy Note.
Even if you are not in the UK, you will probably get the Galaxy Note around the same time. Except if you're in the US. Looking at how long it took for the Galaxy S II to get there, we're not sure if you'll be getting it at the same time as the rest of the world.
