LTE or not? any issues?
It is the unlocked LTE version, but uses e-sim. It cannot be activated in India as no Indian carrier supports e-sim for non apple devices.
There are no issues with it other than the slight wear on the band, which can be seen in the pictures.

Yes, as far as I know, it is only limited to iphone and apple watch.

If you are somehow able to get the watch activated, it does support 4G for calls and internet.

Oh, this is news to me. So you activate it via the Gear app?
And do you need an additional phone number for it?
Thru the Samsung Wearable app. Just the number u want to activate on the watch the same number works on the watch aswell on the phone. As soon the watch is disconnected from the phone the number gets activated on the watch though if u leave your phone at home/office they both rings.
