yes this phone is dual standby phone
 
is this have feature like autolock with password after kept for certain time interval on standby??? or else can it autolock sms and memory card with password??? If it is, then i'll take it.

It have password lock for messages , logs, contacts, calender, task, memo

Its basic phone it d'not have slot for memory card
