What? mate, i live in other state and i shipped the drive to them not submitted at their place.

did you ship it them to their Chennai address . If yes , then they will courier it back to you . If you submitted it in person you have to collect .Sorry for the miss understanding

I live in chhattisgarh and i sent the defective drive through courier. won't they ship it back to me?

this inspires me to rma a samsung spinpoint 500gb in a verbatim external case.

checked the bare drive warranty status after opening the case ( bought in sweden, so no warranty in india for the external hdd)

the internal barebone drive has warranty till dec 2012, time to RMA!!!
