Samsung i5 Laptop 32k - Advice Please

I am looking to buy a laptop for my programming needs (primarily visual studio) and also a little bit of graphics (photoshop/coreldraw). No gaming though.
My budget is around 30k (stretched )

I came across this lappy on flipkart:

+1, for Coding purpose. this is really value for money. Build quality is also ok. I checked it in store recently.
