Depends. I think it can go over 5-6 hours in one go. it's been a year or more since I used it though. Since I bought it, I have used it may be for 3-4 times for cardio when I thought this would be a good fit. But then I stopped doing cardio [DOUBLEPOST=1558346270][/DOUBLEPOST]
