Laptops Samsung N110 for Rs.20,800. Good deal?

Nice deal in today's Times of India (Page 8, Bangalore edition) for the Samsung N110 @19900 + 4% VAT exclusively at a dealer called Digitechh.

What do you guys think? Worth picking up over a Asus 1000 HE?

I was planning on picking up a netbook and was all set on the Asus until i saw the pricing on this.. now leaning towards the Samsung
