if any one interested I can list this in eBay for additional discounts as coupons are on their way.

I can read that ur thread header clearly says its Dual Active .
But the link U have provided says its Dual Standby which means u have to press a button to change the sim. and if one sim has a call ongoing the other sim will not be able to receive a call right??
Its the official Samsung site and the model is also the same.

Please clarify...

AFAIK, this is not true, the button is just for making one sim active u want to use for making a call or sms but in second sim is still fully active and whenu r using the first sim, you can still receive calls in 2nd sim...so these r two different concept. I hope I made it clear.

AFAIK If there is a button to switch sims then its a dual standy not active.
Active means If you are talking on a call on SIM1 and recieve a call on SIM2. The call coming on SIM2 is show as call waiting.
In Standby if you are talking on a call on SIM1 and some one tries to call you on SIM2 the SIM2 is either busy or not reachable at that moment.
So please update your thread and kindly mark it as "Dual Standby" not Dual Active.

Again I would like to say here that I do not intend to spoil ur thread. Its just that incorrect info can lead to further problems in your deal and your rep on TE. I have seen many sale threads from you and know that you are a honest dealer.

@onlyravi ......... its sad that i cld not make it clear to you may be due to your lack of understanding of dualstandby and dual active. I dont need to change the heading nor do i intend to cheat people. In the mean time, i give you a small homework: if both sims are active and now you want to dial some one using one of the sim, how do you select the sim dear, dont you need a soft or a hard button??? How does this relate to it being dual standby?? Time to ponder??

I have done enough homework to under the diff between a Dual Active and Dual Standby my friend.
Also the official site of Samsung says Dual Standby how can you sell it as Dual Active?
Or if you really think I am mistaken somewhere, Kindly explain the diff between Dual Standby and Dual Active.

Wiki Says:
Mobile phones with built-in simultaneous dual SIM capability allow both SIMs to be active simultaneously and allow calls to be received on either number at any given time. Most such phones have two transceivers built in one of which may support 2G and 3G while another may only support 2G.

Though a new generation of Dual SIM Phones, called "Dual SIM Dual Standby" (DSDS) provide the ability to have 2 active SIM simultaneously, using only one transceiver. This is for example technology used in M158 Slider Touch & Type Dual SIM Mobile Phone, K-Touch A982, LG-GX200, Philips Xenium - X100, Samsung B5722 and Samsung E2152.
