Samsung UA40D5000PRMXL for 53,500 ??

Need your help. My friend is planing to buy the above mentioned model. He getting it for 53, 500 from vijay sales inc of all taxes. Should he go for this model ?

Content viewed DVD, USB, Dish TV. Viewing distance is 15 feet.

Hi, i have exactly the same model.

But got it for 46-47k from ebay.in

you may also advice him to look for similar deals..

And I heard it sells for around 40k in the grey market, if that suits him
