i m sure they'll sort out the lagging but don't count on seeing a good stable release very soon. Right now there is a major mud slinging match going on between developers in poland and xda members because the developers don't want to disclose their methods yet.
 
^^^^ my internet connection is slow , but I can assure you that screen is scratchless and body is in super excellent condition ............
